The Exhibition runs from the 25th May through to the 1st June in Somerton’s Parish Rooms, with some new and exciting changes from previous years. Each day there will be a different workshop, activity or event to encourage people to get more involved with art and possibly try something new.
These include a flower arranging workshop, several talks, including “the art of tattooing” and baking with local “Bakeoff “competitor Val Stones. Other planned workshops include crocheting for beginners, felting and up-cycling workshops. There will also be a number of activities for children as the Exhibition falls during the schools’ half term including a Lego challenge, mini yoga and a creative play session.

Alongside these activities will be the exhibition and we encourage all those who can paint, draw, stitch, photograph or sculpt to think about exhibiting this year. We’d love to see new people exhibiting, as well as welcoming back those who regularly show their work.
